This sounds like one of the coolest mods I've ever heard of, but I'm afraid I personally have nothing to offer. I can't code (yet) but this sounds cool. Maybe I could ask my friend, he told me he was learning java a while ago, but I dunno. Good luck. I hope this becomes real SOMETIME...

Actually, I have another question about this new "Custom ModPack" feature. I want to play the Aether mod in my own custom pack, but the launcher won't support the version of Minecraft that Aether needs. I tried MultiMC and It won't run on my mac for some reason... any ideas?

Now, I know that the Aether has been discussed many, many times on these forums before, but I just have an idea. Many people think that the aether mod is too small to included as it's own modpack, but I have seen people play it with other mods in at the same time (battlegear, minimap, even mo' creatures) and we could make it so that maybe the Aether is worth putting in the launcher? I can't play it in regular minecraft now because it is outdated, with 1.3.2 out now, but i think that many other people would enjoy playing this, and so would I. The launcher is a great creation, so I think that maybe we could expand it. I know that this post is long, (sorry XD) but thanks for your time if you read this far.

Wait I have a couple of questions. Could you please give me the link for the correct Java? Also are you using the Java launcher if the OS X launcher? These answers would help
