How about an electric pump with energy from a batbox powered by windmills

On my multiplayer server I've been working on a quarry. I got the quarry item and have it placed with two red stone engines on either side of it. I've connected them to my windmills with copper cable. I get hardly any power and don't really know how to get it to have enough power to let it constantly run. Could anyone suggest some ways to get more power easily? I'm decently far along with diamonds and a philosophers stone etc. Thanks!
