  1. My modpack is using Optifine and ProjectREd. I got them to work with a few launch parameters. Is there a way to use launch parameters in the technic launcher for my modpack or just have my modpack default to using these parameters?
  2. I guess so. It doesn't even run the pump at reasonable speed. I guess it is just a new restriction to deal with. Thanks for all your help lukeb28 and theprolo.
  3. I knew they didn't work with wooden conductive pipes but it seems that it is kind of odd that no notes have been released about redstone engines not working with quarries. Thanks for your help though. Maybe a future announcement or fix will come along outlining this. Edit: I placed them and they would just heat up.
  4. This is in my single player world. I did just test my redstone engine on a pump and it works but it won't work with my quarries or my fisher. Any ideas?
  5. Well yeah. That is just obvious. I can use Stirling and combustion engines.
  6. As the title says, I can't get redstone engines to move or work. Is this a common bug or do some users not get this problem? I have connected the redstone engine to every type of BC machine. Any known fixes?
  7. I am using the latest build of PEX if that helps. So, I should remove the use part of the code?
  8. I have been messing with this all night and I am starting to get sick of it. The problem is, I am negating the usage of blocks/items and granting users access to blocks/items but it just doesn't seem to work. I put the modifyworld.* at the end and put everything that should be enabled and disabled before it. It just won't work and the Debug claims the user has all permissions even though I placed modifyworld.* at the end like everyone else has done.
  9. Dang, I really want the old world generation buy I am pretty sure it will conflict with something. What mods are known for editing major classes in Tekkit?

  11. Sorry for late reply. Yeah, I was thinking of sending it to the Nether to get the Nether ores without the chance of killing me.
  12. Dang, well, it does bring up the point of needing power to teleport from one side of the Ender to the other. I might just keep the power in the Ender. That would help cut out the transferring part.
  13. Well, the screenies I take are massive. So, I posted them in my Tekkit album on Imggur. http://imgur.com/a/3SLFD Took pictures of 2 of the oil wells I found. Going to go flying around when I get home later and post some more.
  14. So, my friend and I built our Rending Gale's and began heading to the End portal. We got there and got the portal to work. We ended up far from the 'normal' End. So we began flying over and I couldn't help but notice the huge oil reserves in the End. Would it be feasible to use this oil and collect it up over time? We want to keep the overworld 'pure' and not have giant quarrys and such. We do want to have oil in our collection without effecting the world and possible using it to generate IC2 power. Questions: Is oil in the End supposed to happen? What is the best way to funnel it out(if possible)?
