Ok so i fixed it by downloading a better free driver from windows http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Browse.aspx?type=Hardware&category=Graphics%20Cards%20%26%20Components&subcategory=Graphics%20Cards

After all the updates, I tried to play minecraft and it gave me a log about bad video drivers. I tried using the technic launcher and it gave me the same thing. So I tried doing what it said and updating the video driver and it still doesnt work, if someone has a solution please post it here on this thread.
