Never mind, problem fixed. I switched to a different version of the launcher and then switched back to the recommended and the problem solved itself and even my texture pack problem was fixed too.

All I did was put the Sphax PureBDCraft Texture pack in my Texture Pack folder and now it doesn't seem like any of the mods are working. Everything was all crazy on the map too, where there used to be a ceiling there wasn't one anymore.
