I cant even get to the video settings before it crashes. Any other ideas? -

I think it is a memory problem, i tried singleplayer and it crashed to the "Minecraft has run out of memory" Screen. I also did try pressing F7, didnt do anything. -

I have 3 gb of RAM dedicated to Javaw and Java, and i7 Geforce GTX 580. I used the launcher options to dedicate 1.5 gig to tekkit. It still lags, please help. Error Messages: Error Log:
