Bloodvein

Hi! So, I open the "TechnicLauncher-0.2.exe" and put in my information(username/password). I select the "Tekkit" mod and log in. It then downloads a couple of files and as soon as it completes, it pops up with a window saying "Update failed!". I tried multiple versions because I was not sure what specific version it was intended for. (1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.2.3) Every version displayed the same error. I tried running as admin, did not solve it. Thanks! EDIT: When I try to log in to the server using my normal Minecraft client, it stops because it "took too long to log in".
