Delete dimensional anchors from your mod pack and it should load. Then load the chunk that had your anchor and stop and re add the mod.

I have the same error. I tried upgrading from the 5.1 and it worked but after players joined and then i had to reset it i get this error. Not sure if any of that information helps.
