OK, it kind of worked, but there were world-client ID matches, obviously. EDIT: Looked through my stuff, nothing important changed ID. Thank you, TehTub!

This has been happening since I placed a Provider Logistics Pipe under one of my chests (note that that was the first Logistics Pipe I placed in that world). Now I can't load the world. Here's an error log: http://pastebin.com/bNchVi7R
