Are there better laptops out there for simular ammount of money?

Yeah I thought that graphics card would be no where near top end, but better than nothing I guess, as for texture packs I may/may not use default one but probably wont use realistic texture packs. Thanks to all of you for quick replies.

Hi I am getting a new laptopsoon this one http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/samsung-series-3-np300e5a-15-6-laptop-silver-13212978-pdt.html ,will it comfortably run technic, i have already bought minecraft on my old pc (its really bad 512mb of Ram, windows xp, its ready for the scrap heap) any help appreciated.
