may i suggest putting the names of staff on the front page so people dont need to look through all posts working out who staff are? then they could msg them with problems if they had any

fab from what i understand you excpect admins to be able to help you the instance you say "help me" admins get VERY busy and they,as you said yourself, dont have time to deal with "a few items lost" when somone has lost everything they had. also there are so many people needing help an admin/mod cant help everyone at once, so next time have a little bit of understanding for them and wait patiently for help to arrive. ~fishballdan
