Whenever I try to log into voltz, it does fine up until the 'hi' box comes up. This opens, as does the normal box, but both of them are blank. Then the hi box closes, the voltz box stays blank and the launcher screen doesn't close... can anyone help?

Sadly, a complete reinstall hasn't worked, and the server isn't mine. Is there anybody who could pin this 'java nul exception' thing down who I could speak to? I'm pinning down whether it's just that particular server now. It is specifically that server. I beleive they can move stuff out of my inventory, so I'll ask them to do that and then delete the file.

And btw, the config file is in your %appdata%/roaming/.techniclauncher, and should be called 'launcher.properties' replace the extension 'properties' with 'txt', go into it and switch the number directly after 'memory' with a value of megabytes NOT EXEEDING your computer's RAM. Replace the 'txt' in the file name with 'properties' again. Then, go into your 'tekkit' or any other modpack you're likely to use's folder (In '.techniclauncher') and do the same with the 'launcher.properties' there. DO NOT PLAY A MODPACK WHERE YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO-This will undo the original launcher.properties modification. I hope this helps those who can't do the solution above. For example, those with 32 bit machines.

It's beggining to seem like you were right. An awful lot of si milar problems appear, from other posts, to have been fixed by updating to Java 7u5. I'll talk to the admin about it.

Made my own post, and posted a HUGE error report I had. I hope it's helpful. It seems from other posts that it might be a good Idea to update to Java 7u5.

Told you it was huge. Hopefully, there're some answers in all that crap.

This sounds sensible. I'm still trying to work out if I'm getting a problem I've seen on another post, where Java 7's been installed but Java 6 hasn't been unintalled. I'll check the logs, and post it here.

Same problem. I'm afraid to say that I can't find a log, and the report on the screen dissapears really quickly.

Title: Server Join Whitescreen Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4 OS: 64 bit Windows 7 Java Version: 32 bit Java 6 Description of Problem: Whenever I try to join a server, I get 'connecting', then 'logging in', and then everything dissapears except the background, and then I get an error message for a fraction of a second, but then just a white screen. I am using tekkit 3.1.1, NOT 3.0.3 or 3.0.4. Error Messages: I'm afraid It's only there for a fraction of a second, and it doesn't appear on my desktop. Error Log: I'm caught short there-no error log has appeared on my desktop.
