Okay its fine now, i realised i had to launch.bat. Hope this would also help others

Yesh i did. As i have mentioned on the post, I added myself on the ops.txt and i didnt work.

I typed my username into the ops.txt but i wasn't op. Is there a new way to op yourself or did i just forgotten the basics?
