Title: Archangel's Smite autofire/extreme rapidfire

Description of Problem:
Archangel's smite has an automatic rapid fire, when put in hotbar. It seems infinite, and at a MUCH hire speed than intended. I picked up all the arrows that it shot, by aiming downwards, and loaded it into adouble chest. The double chest was filled in less than 2 minutes, and there were still a massive amount of arrows on the ground. It lagged out the area, including myself (localhost), and received a D/C from the server due to entity lag from the arrows.
I am running craftbukkit, off a home laptop (No dedicated server).
The ring did not always do this, it only shot when I right-clicked, and was at a much slower pace.
