what? Im trying to change the values but idk what that means

Launcher Version: 3.1.1 Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit Java Version: java 1.7.0_05 /SE Runtime environment build 1.7.0_05-b06 Antivirus Program: N/a Description of Problem: I open the 3.1.1 exe with updated net framework 4 and the latest 64 bit java.I have tried deleting the .tekkitlauncher (or whatever it is) folder in the %appdata% folder. The error window is "Microsoft .NET Framework" and the details are below. Also it will download the launcher and when the download finishes (really quickly) the error pops up and I don't get to see the login screen. I have tried running as admin but same error.
