Title: Massive Frame Skips Version: 3.1.1 OS: Windows 7 64 bit 16GB RAM 1GB Video Memory Java Version: 64 bit Description of Problem: At any Random time during play (On a server it seems to happen less quickly) massive frame Skips will happen causing the game to be virtually unplayable, they will persist until I restart Tekkit and then will happen again at a random time.
