Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3 Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: jre-7 windows X64 Antivirus Program: AVG Description of Problem: when i load the tekkit launcher i select the technic pack and it starts to download but stopps on a random percentage and then says download failed.(also the back ground of the launcher dosent load fully.) Error Messages: non Error Log: non
