The latest technic pack does not contain the "ModLoader" files required to turn mods "false". Theoretically you should be able to compile your own list in a .cfg file or you could patch back to the latest recomended patch of the technic pack. (6.1.1) Can't give you a quick fix. Best to wait for a patch that fixes that.Or you patch back to last recomended patch and use the save files from the backup. -

Do other modpacks have the same problem? Check yogsbox, voxelbox, tekkit and technic. Note that they do have to be installed.
