i redownloaded technic twice but i still dont have a .jar file? i tried it but it just dissappeared!

Launcher Version: 7.2 Operating System: WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 3 32BIT Java Version: 1.7.0_05 Antivirus Program: AVG Description of Problem: i tried downloading 64 bit Java but it doesn't work so i downloaded the same thing but it was 32bit and i still get the same problem what do i do? also the .jar file in the technic folder does the same thing HELP! dont tell me to click my .jar because i dont have one???
