Description of Problem:
My friend can't start his technic launcher.
When he tries to launch it the splash screen of the launcher pops up and nothing more.
He reinstalled his java. (Completely removed and reinstalled)
He tried downloading the jar, starting the jar from his .technicsomething folder.
He restarted his pc, turned his firewall off, turned his virus scanner fully off.
Nothing of this seems to work.
