Can you pipe items out of a automatic crafting table if they have a philosophers stone in them?

how do i tell if a machine needs a transformer upgrade?

I have all the upgraded machines(Induction Furnace, Rotary Macerator, Singularity Compressor, Centrifuge Extractor and Recycler). They are hooked up to a MFS unit through a MV Transformer and LV Transformer. My power sources are about 14 geothermal generators and some solar panels. My problem is that all my machines will run fine for a certain amount of time then lose power, ive tried a bunch of stuff but i cant figure out what to do, can someone help?
