First, I think this belongs in the bug section Second, you should try re-installing Tekkit. The skin problem is caused by some recent problems with the skin server over at Mojang but they're working on it.

If I were you I should start with the real basics like IC's generators, macerators, rubber etc etc. Then a video about Buildcraft's quarrys and engines. Just go into the basics of the biggest mods like Rp, BC, IC, EE, forestry. Do one subject at a time :D

I was looking at the mods included in Technic ssp and I noticed the Hangable Maps mod, the mods looks really awesome and I wonder why it's not included in Tekkit because it does have SMP support. Does anybody know if i can install it without my saves getting corrupted? Thx in advance :D

Does anybody know a way to add non-vanilla items (like refined iron, rubber, machine blocks) to EE so that they have an EMC value and you can transmutate them?

Since yesterday, everytime i try to put something in the table, it gets thrown out My friend doesn't have this problem, i tried reinstalling the server and the client, but that didn't help either. Anybody knows a solution?
