Tried Deployers, the Buckets just sit in them.

I've been working on an auto fuel generator, and I've hit a wall. So I use an energy condenser to get buckets of oil. Then I send those buckets out. I need a way to get the oil out of the buckets and into the refinery. Any suggestions?
