So I started a small tekkit server for some friends and I but its really laggy on their side. I tried allocating more RAM towards the server through java but that crashed it. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey guys, I wanted to set up a Tekkit server for some friends and me but whenever I open the batch file this shows: "C:\Users\Me\Desktop\Server>java -Xmx3g -Xms2g - jar Tekkit.jar nogui 'java' is not recognised as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file." Then it says press any key. After that, it just closes. My computer is a Lenovo Z580 with Windows 8. Thanks

I currently have a small tekkit server for my friends and I, and i was wondering if adding forestry to the tekkit server would corrupt the world and if my friends will have to add forestry to their tekkit folder.

I have a pavillion currently. is okay but yeah the ac jig came loose and for some reason the wireless internet adapter doesent work so we had to buy a usb wireless internet adapter

The yogscast family is a pretty cool group of gaming channels but i think direwolf20's is better. I wish he had more rep like the yogscast does. anyone think the same?

I need a new laptop because the current one is outdated and was wondering which laptop would be good for gaming, web surfing, homework, etc. I'd prefer a laptop over a desktop even though you can upgrade dektops. Any suggestions
