i dont know what to search in Google i get lost in the forms not sure what stickies are and the solution didnt change anything and when i go to the mod select everything is on even the ones that the server says arnt there

i updated my launcher to 0.5.4.9. after this i attempted to connect to my server i get in and then get this message You are missing the following mods: mod_forestry 1.2.6.4 mod_IC2 V1.70 mod_RailcraftFactory 3.3.1 (more Railcraft ones followed by some buildcraft ones) i do not know what to do or how to ive tried finding out how myself but i think im just making it worse
