The Magnet Mode from NEI is stuck on for me. I click it and it shows that it is toggled off, yet all items are magnetized to me, Im not sure how this happened. Can anybody tell me how to fix it?

There is a duplicator block when I open the NEI mod, but it wont give me a recipe for it. So I spawned one, and right clicking on it only open a gui with a square to put a block/item in. I have no idea how to make this or how to use it. Any help?
