Ragdoll

So Ive been asked to help sort out a friends server, Its been open a couple of days running the latest version. I cant work out how to completly disable all block breaking in a world guard region no matter what the source of the damage is (bar ops and people added to the region) I also need to be able to block the holding/crafting/placing of a couple of blocks, Namely the armbot and red matter explosives. The servers set up with group manager and Im used to permissions and its been a long time since I dabbled in server stuff so any help is appreciated. Must be for the latest build of voltz.

Recommendations(if you been invited): Top thread in the deluxe servers forum so it must be pretty good. Others things i should know: Im not super awesome at tekkit, I have fantastic ideas and such but I never have the materials and such, which is why I hopefully can get some help and stuff with all the fancy tekkit machines and such.
