Erm I downloaded the server folder from the sit and ran the launch file (windows batch file) and ir won't run. its paused

Can't seem to my server to run I've run as admin. But it says its paused and then i press a key and it closes! I've made a server before and never had this trouble. Am I forgetting something obvious here?! I think I am. Thanks for any advice given in advance.
