Thank you for helping me! I redownloaded the mod_EE.props file and now it works perfectly.

I was trying to open the mod_EE.props file to enable Gem Armor, so I chose to open it with Notepad. When I opened it, I accidentally left the box for "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" checked. Now, when I try to run my server, I get an error message: I don't know a lot about how to configure mods for a Tekkit Server, so, if the solution to this problem is obvious, please tell me, and I apologize for wasting your time. Thanks
