Well, some progress, the .bat file now launches the launcher, the "technic-launcher.jar". But still unable to connect to minecraft.net :/

It's in the same folder, any ideas? or is this a deadend? :/

Thanks for the reply! I tried that, but it didn't work. "Although it now says unable to access jarfile TechnicLauncher.jar" instead of "Invalid or corrupt jarfile techncLauncher.exe" So that's progress?

Launcher Version: The latest Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: 1.7.0 64 bit Antivirus Program: F Secure Description of Problem: I'm having trouble with the techniclauncer, ever since I downloaded a new version of java (1.7.0) the launcher wont connect to minecraft.net... If I downgrade my java everything works fine, except that I can't run my server. (apparently the tekkit server requires version 1.7 of java, but you probably know that already) I had the same problem with the default launcher, but I found a fix for that on another forum; If I launch it from a .bat file with "java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft.exe PAUSE" I'm able to connect just fine. I tried to implement this to the tekkit launcher, but ""java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar TechnicLauncher.exe PAUSE" doesn't work :/ If you could give me a helping hand I would really appreciate it!
