Launcher Version: Trying to install tekkit, for the first time, through launcher/technic version 3.1 Operating System: windows xp 5.1 32 bit operating system Java Version: java 7 update 5 / jre X86 Antivirus Program: Norton Description of Problem: Everytime i try to run the launcher it crashes saying " Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application". I have restarted my computer at least 5 times, uninstalled java, and attempted all of the above with and without antivirus. I have tried to extract the .jar to a new folder and then attempt to run it, but windows xp either doesnt have that feature or i just have no idea how to do it. Any help is much appreciated.
