What I meant in the OP was that I didn't start up my firewall in my control panel. I'm gonna start it up and turn it off and have him try to connect and see what happens.

I'm pretty sure I port forwarded correctly, should I try and have him join my server with my firewall off?

Yes I did mean other Tekkit servers. And when he adds my server it shows no connection, it does the initial scan and then the connection bar goes red with a red X over it meaning it couldn't connect. IT also says Cannot Reach Server.

He's not using a firewall but he's using Norton. I don't think that would affect anything since he's able to connect to other servers. What do you mean by "see" my server?

OK so we just tried it and he still can't connect. Any suggestions on what I should try next?

When I port forwarded the port 25565 I was able to choose 3 options, UDP, TCP, or BOTH, I selected BOTH, I'll change it to TCP and try to get him on the server and see what happens.

I'll go ahead and downgrade by one 1.2.5 version. This is getting to be very strange. Im starting to think that the owner took out AA for that specific update. On 1.3.1 AA is back. Hopefully when Tekkit gets upgraded to 1.3.1 this problem will go away. I guess I'm gonna be on my own now. If you have any more ideas just make a post. Thanks for all the help :D

OK so I downloaded the 1.2.5 version and I realized that it was already installed. Meaning that it comes with the Technic Launcher. When I went into my game and looked in my video options Anti-Aliasing is still gone. The lines are also still there. Any more ideas?

NVM the error is gone now.

I am installing the 1.3.1 files, i'm going to try the 1.2.5 files.

Title: Anti-Aliasing Option Has Disappeared And Blue Lines Have Appeared Version: 3.1.2 OS: WIndows XP Java Version: 7 Description of Problem: My option "Anti-Aliasing" has disappeared and strange blue lines have appeared around my blocks. So far I have also figured out that this error is appearing in vanilla minecraft. The way I fixed it on normal Minecraft I installed the Optifine Standard mod. So when I try to install Optifine standard to my tekkit. I get and Error Message that I have posted below. So when I log back in my Tekkit is than turned into vanilla minecraft. I have deleted the Tekkit folder and tried again many times but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on my next move? Note:I have noticed that Optifine is already installed but it does not include the "Anti-Aliasing" option. Error Messages: Minecraft Installation Is Corrupted Minecraft Installation Has Been Cleaned Login and try again, if it doesn't work click try again. Error Log:

I put all the .class folders into modpack.jar and when I logged in and started the game, I got "The Minecraft Installation is Corrupted, The Minecraft Installation Has been cleaned, login and try again." So when I log in and start the game it puts me in vanilla minecraft. I deleted the Tekkit folder again and retried but I got the same problem. Any ideas to whats happening?
