Launcher Version: Idk the number but i have re-installed it and im sure i have the current version Operating System: Windows 7 Java Version: Java 7 update 7 Antivirus Program: Norton Description of Problem: Whenever i open the launcher i get a message box that pops up and says "The system can not find the specified file" i have re installed technic many times and it still wont work.
