Isn't that covered in the IC2 Transformers 1.7 addon?

We did extensive tests with a moving house to cause this issue. Mostly it would be a specific block moving from one chunk to another (this was actually the first thing we discovered when we tested the system). World anchors didn't seem to be a problem with us, but we did find several other issues: Ender chests randomly reset, usually after the second or third movement, but seemingly always between chunks. Redpower timer's crash when moving between chunks only if they are being powered to lock them in place (we did this with a lever) Diamond chest (from the Iron Chests Mod) is a bit disputed. We think it was moving between two blocks (but not chunks) and hadn't fully loaded before during a server reboot. Long story short, the entire area was corrupted and we had to delete regenerate the 32 chunk region. We haven't tried these yet with 3.1.2 but I am honestly afraid to now with Iron chests.
