I haven't. I've checked and it's on Default. Changing the settings had no effect. Snow is also not respawning anymore, so I'm quite sure it's not just a graphical bug, but it's not actually raining/snowing anymore (I'm using the default skins).

Title: No more downfall Version: 3.1.2 OS: Windows 7 Professional Edition 64-bits Java Version: JRE 1.7.0_5 Description of Problem: The rain has stopped on our server since we've updated from 3.0.2 (not sure if correct - the second latest version) to the latest version, 3.1.2. As an op, /toggledownfall does nothing, neither does cheat mode's Turn Rain On at the top left when you press E. We get a server message saying it's toggling downfall on World , however, nothing actually happens in any biome. There are no actual Error Messages and I couldn't find an Error Log. The server terminal window says downfall IS being toggled on, while clearly it is not.
