I think they made forestry incompatible with tekkit on purpose. So you can't add I think, sorry. (I'm not sure)

Ironically I've only had this happen in vanilla and We couldn't find the problem so we had to just wall it off. I don't know why this happens, the chunk just seems to get corrupted.
