    Nope I dont't think there is away but the client mods wont work on the server anyway. Except for mods like reis minimap and NEI etc..

    Secret rooms mod has been ported to Bukkit over here http://www.mcportcentral.co.za/index.php?topic=3502.0 though I don't know if it conflicts with any mods in Tekkit , however the zepeline mod isn't even SMP as far as I remember. check that site for loads of mods ported to Bukkit if you want to manually install the mods :)

    Just delete the mods from the mods folder as far as I know, I also think if they try to make anything on the server from EE for example it doesn't let them.

    I think half the problem would be fixed if we had a thread dedicated to questions that is pinned. I saw it on another forum and it worked well
