    Launcher Version: newest Operating System: HP 2010i 4GB Desktop Java Version: Jre6 64bit Antivirus Program: Norton 360 Description of Problem: whenever I double click the technic icon it comes up saying "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application" it cant access the file either because its being used by another person.What do I do?
