Launcher Version: 3.1 Operating System: Acer,Windows 7,64 bit Java Version: 7 64-bit Antivirus Program: Avast Free Antivirus Description of Problem: I downloaded Java 6 and Java 7 64 bit and even tried downgrading to 1.2.5(I have Java 7 and 1.2.5 now). I tried doing one of the tips on the question section on the technic.net page (which was trying to open the launcher once then deleting it then creating the launcher a shortcut then putting on my desktop) and still nothing, every time I try to open the launcher nothing but a skinny box comes up with a progression bar and says "Checking Launcher Version" and then closes with the bar not moving. Error Messages: None. Error Log: None.
