There was a tekkit bug that crashed the server. The specific bug has been located, and a solution has also been found. They are in the process of fixing the bug right now. brownie points and a golden shower* to me for finding the solution. *may or may not contain real gold.

Been on the server for about a week now. Must say it is a very good server. Most of the people raging in this thread started causing problems, and acting out as soon as they joined. The staff is helpful and very responsive to tickets, but with 70 players sometimes they stack up, so be patient. They are good about protecting your home, it only takes them a couple minutes. So get your house protected early, and you won't worry about griefing.

Hi, I think the info has probably already been passed on, but I guess today someone did some major griefing around the map. According to fr33zz0 the damage can not be rolled back locally because it was done with an EE item. I'm not sure exactly when the damage was done, but it was between 3:30pm and 8:00pm pacific time. If it isn;t possible to do local rollbacks, maybe rollback the world. I'm sure there are more people who haven't logged in yet that got griefed. I know some people will complain about thier most recent builds getting rolled-back, but you would be costing them only a few hours of work, whereas anyone that got griefed has been set back much more. I personally had about 30 hours invested since the map reset, and now everything is gone except a few items in my inventory. I've included a screenshot of my previous build area. for reference, it is about 80x80, with the center hole blasted down to bedrock. Admin was unable to rollback the damage, but handsomely reimbursed me to get started again! Thanks Blackie!

I think the server just went down for some reason. Also,to any owners,I want to suggest you disabled wireless red stone mod completely. I know it caused an issue before the reset, and it seems to cause major issues in general whenever used in an SMP server. Also, I suggest making one of the requirements for rank to technician that they read a sign in spawn, which informs them to place on/off levers on their red-stone timers. Any timer that is left on continually when not in use, at less than a 1 second interval, can cause sever lag. I also want to say that the mod ''Fr33zz0'' has been doing a good job. Every time he is on he responds very promptly to tickets.

Any estimate as to how long?

I know this has probably been asked before, but what exactly is considered a good or creative EMC farm? In chat I have seen some people get denied 'wizard' even though their farm produces more EMC per second than a MK1 flower. Are we supposed to build a MK1 flower, or something BESIDES a MK1 flower? Alternately, you might want to make the sign at spawn more clear. Also, there was some chat about disabling the philosophers stone for low rank, was it being used to dupe items or something?
