May I ask what is the proper section for Tutorial videos? My thread was closed.

Encyclopedia Technica, if it's just a tutorial. If its a big rambling video where you and some guys do some stuff, and offhandedly mention "oh yeah, this is how you do a thing", it goes in avante garde with the other lets plays.
