launcher.bat Not creating files/not working

Fixed this myself by reinstalling java dont know what changed but there was a update today and i think that had something to do with it. -
Hey all im trying to host my own server for Tekkit ive done this in the past with no problem but with trying to do the newest version the launch.bat file doesnt complete the setup. If anyone knows whats going on with that please help Thanks.
