Small Crafters

Hi I recently wiped my computer due to problems with viruses and my .netframework v2 was gone I have tried downloading it from the Microsoft website but all that happens is i get sent to a page were it says sorry the URL is wrong or the content has been deleted. I need .netframework to play tekkit so please can some one help!
