To me it looks like we can't connect to the Plus Pack server. Anyone have any ideas or a solution?

I tried to download a modpack by putting in the platform link and it said it was valid. Then I logged in but it got stuck at "0% extracting files" and then it said that the download failed and gave the following error message: http://pastebin.com/mmbcQ7Tb What am I doing wrong?

No, there is no white list and he is not banned. That would give an entirely different message anyways. An Update: He has confirmed that he has no viruses and neither do I and he has tried re-installing java with no success.

I have started a Tekkit server on my computer. My girlfriend can join and play, but my friend can not, he just recieves the error listed below. I have hosted regular Minecraft servers he can play on, but he can't get on to the Tekkit server. He has the latest java, his windows firewall is off and he owns no other anti-viruses, we have both reinstalled everything and it never seems to work. First we tried using the servers and clients of 2.0.0, then 2.1.1 (yes, we enabled the dev. buillds in the launcher) and neither allow him on even though my girlfriend has no trouble joining. She does not live with me by the way, so it is not a porting problem. What should he do to connect? Launcher/pack Version:2.0.0, 2.1.1 either give the same error. Operating System: Windows 7 Version of Java: Java 7 Description of Problem: See above.
