It's not that I don't want the mods, it's that I can't select mods that I DO wan't. Before the last update that took on FML, I was able to select mods and deselected many various mods that I would like to reuse now, such as Buildcraft. The problem is, I can't use the mod select button, even though I have it so that the .cfg are opened with notepad.

FML seems to be working fine though DanielJin, the main problem seems to be the fact that even though my .cfg files are opened with notepad my mod select doesn't seem to work. Any help with that?

I have made notepad the program to open with the .cfg files, yet it doesn't fix the problem. Previously before I updated technic I was able to select mods, and I took off a few, and now, since I've updated, I can't use those mods (buildcraft, etc.), also, when I load up technic and click the mods button on the menu it shows all the mods and says that many of them the "metadata" can't be found and I need to have .info file. Any help would be great, I haven't been able to figure anything out because I'm a total technic n00b. Thanks.
