I think Relays are disabled still, can't upgrade them. Haven't tried crafting a tier one though, so maybe it's just the tier 2 that is disabled.

Just a heads up, can't seem to craft collectors at all, or upgrade my current ones. I can still remove and place the ones i already had however. is this intentional?

My favorite server so far! Loving it!
