that's because either the server or you have a corrupted IC2 mod file. Deleting and re-downloading tekkit should fix the problem, and if it doesnt it's the server's fault because it has a corrupted mod file. Re-downloading the server should fix the problem

I know a server that had towny and it protected the zone against EE items and also turtles/block breakers though i dont know if it was configured to do so or it protects by default.

On a certain server, there is a generator building that makes EU for anyone connected to it. But as the upkeep cost is fairly high, i thought of charging the folks who use my power. This worked fine untill many of us realised that its very unaccurate and i have no idea if you used 0 or 100000 EU. So here is my question: can you create a power counter in tekkit? I mean, counts how much EU went through it so this way i could give a more accurate reading of his/her energy consumption.

I need to connect to my server (which is hosted on my PC) in offline mode. Now i need to connect to it with the offline mode of tekkit (aka. username Player). Dont get it wrong, i have bought Minecraft, but i need to connect with username Player for a reason. Any help?

Well, if you have lower numbers of Storage devices like mfsu and batboxes you can make location cards that are much more easier to use and they display: max storage, free space (eu), fill % and fill in EU. Also, if you have multiple storage devices in one card (craft one by combining 2 location cards, up to 6) it will show the Total of them with the same info as above. search Industrial Information Pannel on the tekkit wiki.
