When I log into my friends server on Hexxit 2 I get extreme stutters even though my fps is perfectly fine at like 180 frames I have a 2060 and an i7 8700k and when I see the bottom left tick graph when I click Alt + F3 there is a super long red line like every second or even every half a second and its almost unplayable. I play on basically all low settings and changing my render distance hasn't done anything. I uninstalled java, restarted my pc nothing has worked and its annoying as hell also none of my other 5 friends on the server were having this problem and I have 7gb of allocated mem in the technic settings
