Fps issue is fixed, uninstalled Ambient Sounds and seemed to fix it. still would like to use all the ram, but thanks anyway

Is there any to overwrite the 16 GB RAM limit? I've put this in to the Java Arguments "-Xmx32G -Xms32G" but task manager and Minecraft still reports 16 GB usage. Have 64 GB system memory i9 9900Kf .... so I assume I would be able to use 32 GB and get more that 10 fps idk Thanks for help
