Figured it out, i had to go to prism launcher's copy of javaw and make it so it only ran on my nvidia card because intel doesn't work with that version of minecraft.

Images of the issues below, summary is that textures wont load and the game is running super slow. Voltz wont load most textures, I've tried reinstalling it, restarting my computer, rolling back my graphics driver, praying, using texture packs, and updating my drivers but nothing fixes this. the game doesn't crash when it's like this. My friend had the same issues but he rolled back his drivers and things started working for him again. Any pointers? I'm using Prism launcher if that helps at all.
